Registered Psychologist – BPsych, MC-PSYCHP (Professional)

With more than a decade in community mental health, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the complexity of mental health and the resilience people carry.

Grounded in trauma-informed practice, I believe everyone has the capacity to build a meaningful life with the right support.

I support adolescents and adults, with particular focus on anxiety, depression, grief and loss, work-related stress, stress management, and supporting people from culturally and linguistically diverse (CaLD) backgrounds.

In my practice, I integrate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Dialectical  Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and skills building to create a flexible, collaborative process tailored to each person’s needs.

Outside of work, I enjoy good company, unwinding with Netflix, exploring Perth’s diverse food scene, and travelling — mostly for the food, if I’m honest.
