At Belvidere Health Centre, we’re committed to making healthcare accessible for all our patients. That’s why we’re delighted to announce that, in alignment with proposed government changes to Medicare and in response to the current economic challenges faced by many in our community, we will return to a fully bulk-billed model for all GP consultations starting 1 November 2025. What this means for you:
- No out-of-pocket costs for standard consultations with our GPs.
- Continued affordability: We’re reverting to the same bulk-billing model we had until the end of 2024, ensuring our loyal patients can access care without financial stress.
- Exceptions: Our Iron Infusion clinic will become a dedicated private billing service, and some procedures may incur private fee due to high consumable cost and additional expenses.

This fee will need to be paid prior to the next appointment and is not refundable by Medicare.
