Our Strategic Plan 2019-2022 was established following many months of discussion with our staff, consumers and community partners. We believe this process has successfully distilled the knowledge, experience and wisdom of our organisation and the communities we serve. Our Strategic Planning charts a course for Arche Health as leading service provider of primary healthcare in Western Australia. It provides a clear and common direction for us to work towards, detailing a three-year vision that has brought to life our business service plans.
Our strategic planning process is guided by our Strategic Planning and Development Framework – which start with our strategic intent to make sense of care for our clients and to be relentless in our pursuit of improvement and excellence. To deliver this, we need to continue giving our staff the skills and confidence to provide high quality health care. Our values will form the basis for all our decisions and actions as we deliver the very best care with commitment, collaboration and excellence. We will also make efficient use of all our finite resources, innovate, grow and improve progressively. This is a challenging but exciting time for Arche Health as we strive to deliver meaningful healthcare during this challenging times.
We will aim to achieve this excellence through an unwavering commitment to our service principles. These principles reflect our core aspirations, beliefs, and values. They guide our approach to work, our planning and design, our decision making and our behaviour. Arche Health has had the privilege of providing primary healthcare to some of Perth’s most diverse communities and disadvantaged people. The nature of our community health needs is rapidly evolving, as are the expectations of the people who access our services. Our collective organisational commitment to this strategic plan will help us get there to create a platform that continues building a strong and healthy local community.
