Profile and expertise – NDIS/DOC’s/FIFO/ Workers’ Comp/Insurance, Adolescents, young women, Anxiety (wide range panic), Depression, Stress, Trauma, Sleep Issues, Behavioural issues, Parenting Skills Training (accredited), Eating Disorders, Body Image Issues, Grief & Loss, Perinatal Depression Domestic Violence.

Works with all ages. My special areas of professional development have targeted my areas of interest:

  • Working therapeutically with different populations (predominantly children and adolescents, but also LGBTIQA+, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander, Refugee and Asylum Seeker, and CALD communities);
  • Working with challenging mental health concerns (including self-harm and suicidal behaviour, complex trauma, PTSD);
  • Building on my general therapeutic skills and knowledge (including CBT, imagery, mindfulness, sleep and insomnia, ACT, and attachment work).
