Cindy possesses a warm, empathic, and compassionate therapeutic treatment approach. She strives to develop genuine and collaborative relationships with clients, and to empower clients to work towards values-aligned goals.
Cindy has a passion in working with adults, adolescents, and children to improve their mental health. Cindy has an interest in mental health presentations such as depression, stress, anxiety, self-esteem issues, mood disturbance, grief and loss, trauma and PTSD, workplace adjustment, pain management, perinatal depression and anxiety, cognitive impairment, and neuro-diverse conditions (e.g., Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, ABI). Cindy also works with NDIS, Workers Comp and Insurance clients.
