Profile and expertise – Rashna  has strong clinical experience working with adults, adolescents and children with a range of complex and comorbid presentations in the community.

She aims to support individuals, families and communities in distress, towards greater long-term well-being and better life outcomes. Rashna utilises a client-centred approach, placing the individual at the centre of the therapy, and tailoring each session to suit the desires and needs of each client, based on their unique circumstances. Rashna supports Indigenous & CaLD clients, NDIS/DOC’s/OPENARMS/ Workers’ Comp/Insurance, Anxiety disorders, depression, loss and grief, neglect, bullying, eating disorders, developmental disorders, traumatic brain injury, suicidality, substance misuse, addiction, relationship difficulties, psychosis, homelessness, teenage pregnancy, intergenerational trauma, incarceration, sexual abuse victims, sexual abuse perpetrators, violence, chronic health conditions, and personality disorders.

She employs an evidence-based Psychodynamic therapeutic approach to empower clients to be the experts in their own lives, at times utilising other evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Trauma-Based Approaches.
